For Customer
Customer Registration
Simply click on the link "sign up" --> choose customer --> enter your information --> receive verification email and your customer account will be all set once you verify your email. You can now start shopping at Crafty Girl.
Purchases
Simple, find the item you are looking for, either by searching location, categories, or entering your keyword in the search bar. Once you get to a sellers market place, select your item and choose the button, "buy now".
Returns
Return Policy

Returns may or may not be accepted by individual sellers. To return any items you will need to work through the seller you purchased from on the Crafty Girl Platform. Some sellers may not have a return option and some may have timeframes for returns on items.

Return Eligibility (if offered) The Items being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return Process Customers must request a return through the seller they purchased from.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning an item to a seller.

Refunds & Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected by the seller.

Defective or Incorrect Items If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must report it within 3 days of delivery.
The seller will cover shipping costs to send the replacement item or issue a refund less the cost of shipping to the customer.
- Exceptions & Special Cases Holiday or seasonal items may have different return policies (e.g., extended return windows).
Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to different return conditions and customers must work with the seller.
For Market Place Sellers
How to Create Crafty Girl Market Account:
- Sign Up --> Choose User Type (Customer or Seller) --> Enter Information and check the Terms box. You will get a confirmation Email to activate your Crafty Girl account.
- Connect your financial institution with Crafty Girl Market Place Merchant, Stripe. Once completed you will receive your revenue dollars from your market place sell.
- Your Crafty Girl Market place is now open for business. Follow the instructions for creating your first listing, and more. Crafty Girl uses eBay's shipping calculator so that you can calculate potential shipping charges for your listings being sold. A Stripe merchant account is an account businesses use to accept online payments through Stripe, a popular payment processing platform. Unlike traditional merchant accounts provided by banks, Stripe acts as both a payment processor and a merchant account provider, allowing businesses to accept credit card, debit card, and digital wallet payments without needing a separate merchant account.
Sellers Profits
Crafty Girl's uses Stripe as company wide merchant. As a seller on Crafty Girl you will be able to capture your transaction through Crafty Girl's Merchant. Through the registration process your Crafty Girl Merchant account that you created will be connected to your banking institution. Important On your first sale only, your sale profits will be held for 7 days per the Merchant Stripe Policy. After the 1st sale/transaction your Seller profits are available in 2 days. In which your profits will be auto-transferred to your banking institution. Taxes As a Crafty Girl seller, you are responsible for following all relevant tax laws. If you sell to buyers outside the U.S., be sure to inform them about any potential import charges they may incur upon receiving their item. Sellers’ tax responsibilities You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes associated with using eBay as an eBay seller. For more information on eBay’s tax policy and your obligations, see our Tax policy and User Agreement. Your tax-related responsibilities may include: Paying sales tax on eBay sales Paying income tax on eBay sales Informing overseas buyers about import charges Ability to validate what tax was collected on sales transactions.
"Close" & "Delete" Listings
After you have listed your item for sell. Once your item is sold you can mark your listing as "closed", which takes it off the Crafty Girl Market. You can also choose to "delete" your item as well which removes it completely from your listing library. The "close" and "delete" options appear in the top right corner of your listing image, by clicking on the ... (three dots).
Listing Expirations (30 days)
All Listings will be automatically set to expire 30 days from start. You will receive an email 5 days prior to listing expiration. Once expired it will be moved to the the listing "closed" status. (not "deleted") You can then relist your item. You can use the "close" feature as well when you run out of inventory. If you are no longer selling the listing you can "delete" from "your listings".
Market Place (Seller Fees)
Crafty Girl Fees are simple and low cost designed for the Seller (Business Owner) to capitalize on their profits. Crafty Girl covers market place fees and stripe transaction fees. So the seller can just do what they do best, sell!
- 10% of Final sale (including shipping)
Minimum Seller listing amount: $5 The minimum amount required to sell on a Crafty Girl marketplace is $5.00.
